Speaking in Public is NOT Inherently Stressful

To deal with any type of stress effectively, you first must understand that life itself, including public speaking, is NOT inherently stressful. Thousands of human beings have learned to speak in front of groups with little or no stress at all. Many of these people were initially terrified to speak in public. Their knees would shake, their voices would tremble, their thoughts would become jumbled . . . you know the rest. Yet they learned to eliminate their fear of public speaking completely.You are no more or less human than they are. If they can conquer the fear of public speaking, so can you!

You Don't have to be Brilliant or Perfect to Succeed

The essence of public speaking is this: give your audience something of value. That's all there is to it. If people in your audience walk away with something (anything) of value, they will consider you a success. If they walk away feeling better about themselves, feeling better about some job they have to do, they will consider you a success. If they walk away feeling happy or entertained, they will consider their time with you worthwhile. Even if you pass out, get tongue-tied, or say something stupid during your talk . . . they won't care! As long as they get something of value, they will be thankful.

You also Need a Purpose That is Right for the Task

One big mistake people make when they speak in public is they have the wrong purpose in mind. Often, they have no specific purpose in mind, but the one that is operating within them unconsciously causes a whole lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety.This is a prime example of what is call a "hidden cause" of public speaking stress. 

All the statement above had been said by Morton C. Orman, M.D on his study of how to conquer public speaking fear. Im quite interested on this three principle how to conquer fear in public speaking. Its seem logic and can be use by us to improve our public speaking sessions next time....

Wow so interesting session with all the trainers..tanks for giving me chances to learn all thats..Im never ever go thoroughly with these sessions....im quite exicited when learning all this course..Huhu..next session will be more killer sessions only for me i think..hehe..level of nervousness is higher than level of confidence..huhu..so what should i do???guess what? huhu practice make perfect  i think...Go go Gambate Kudasai!!!

Wow im very interested with this session...of cause because im a women..hehe. Miss Leila told us about how to wear, what to wear and so on to improve ourbest self like what En Abdul Yunus said...hehe..Grooming session end at 5.oo pm as usual. Huhu so nervous with next session which is mock interveview.Miss Leila is an interesting person. She have an interested education background.. whats im going to do now is practicing for the next sessions..The killer sessions hehe for me...Public speaking....Adrenaline shock!!haha..

For me environmentally friendly vehicle mostly car are very need for future time.We have to conserve our beautiful land and environment from being kill by dangerous subtances such as carbon. Our Malaysia industries such as PROTON have try to come out with their new enviromentally friendly car. What is blogging???For me blogging is some new tool to deliver message. It can be some method to deliver massage not only in easier way but can save our time..Blog can be done because of internet advancement. A lots of businessman use this kind of facilities to deliver their product through their market. They have to specific their target market in order to build their profit.

Based on Wikipedia, blog is a type of website or part of website that usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Blog can be used as a medium of communication with others. It is a medium of publishing and advertisement.

How the blog can be one of the interesting blog are...

First, by building an informative blog. Many kinds of blog nowdays have only specific to personal emotions and diary. For me a good blog should maintain certain kind of informative issues. For an example maybe the sell persons should deliver their product well and give full information about what and how was their products.

Second is,the blog should be deliver in creative way. Many templates can be using in order to attract customer or others to view our profile. We should welcome them by showing a very creative and interesting page of our blog. This can build the opportunity for us to deliver what we going to show for them.

Creative writing skill also make full use of how the blog can be the most interesting blog. The person that very good in playing with word having high opportunity to spread their information well. Actually people like to hear or read beautiful words. Its a fact..

Another steps is to always updating the blog and make use of the information and alerts from others bloggers. This can help us to find many new ideas to how we want to increase our level of creativity.

In preference to EzineArticles, we need to really focus on saying something that is valuable. People actually doesnt like somethings that are not valuable and cant effect them at all. For business purpose of cause we should be good in playing with our words and make it beautiful to read by the readers that are customers itself. Another act is use links to the advantage. This can helps readers to actually gain a greater trust in us.

You aren't a freelance writer, writing the same story 12 different ways for 12 different publications. What are so interesting about food???? Foods of cause give us energy..haha..but for me Food give pleasure feels that help in circulating our physiological response in our body...Who's dont like food??

I love to cook...that is my hobby when im still in standard 4..This is because im like to eat..the person who love to cook is the one that love to eat..hahaha..

Im enjoy to taste food...Most of the cooks that i have already be a Master of it are Malay food of cause..heheh..Asam pedas, Masak Lemak, Sup Daging, Sambal Tumis..wuahahahha my favourite foods...adding with sambal belacan and tempoyak...wahhhh so nice...

Ais kacang seems to be most of demanded things during hot weather...huhhhuu i love to drink some ais kacang when getting too hot..now im trying to feel how amazing when drinks ais kacang plus with lots of corns...

Friends are something not rigid and can't be treat like a stone....For me experiences to have a good friend (best friend), is something that cant be buy in shop but something that have to be apperiaciate. During my study in Balik Pulau, i have one very good friend and i still have her now..Hehe.. For me we have to consider each other feel and try to be concern and alert with things happened infront of us..We cant be too choosy person that every single time need to think who is the best person to have as friend but accept her for what she or he have.

UiTM dihatiku...

UiTM dihatiku......

Huhu sangat memenatkan hari terakhir aku bergelar sebagai student degree UiTM..Huh disamping hujan ribut petir yang datang berkunjung tak henti-henti membuatkan aku terpaku lalu melihat bunga-bunga yang sungguh "grand" dihadiahkan kepadaku..(ayat-ayat ketika sangat keletihan)

Ada pulak kejadian paling "amazing" aku bersama rakanku yang hampir lewat menghantar jubah Konvo..Aduii..kurus I.. Setelah baru sahaja selesai Training, kami pun bertolak ke UiTM dihatiku untuk memulangkan jubah Konvo yang gilang-gemilang itu. Tidak disangka-sangka cempedak jadi nangka, kaunter jubah pun nak tutup..haha lalu aku berlari berkejaran dan terus berkejaran...

Ish..ish..ish.. rakanku lupa membawa duit denda pulak..hadoii...haha memang mengerikan suasana menaiki tangga Menara SAAS itu..banyak la pulak tangganya..Hehe however, it shall be the best experienced i have with her. The experienced that i shall not forget through my life...

Hujan telah membantutkan tujuanku untuk menangkap gambar yang canggih-canggih. But its ok..nothing can we do if Allah S.W.T said that it will be going to rain..First time dapat bunga yang terlalu banyak mesti lah ecxited terlebih..hehe.

Everythings that happened have something related with faith..sometimes we need to change things that actually hard to change. Determination and skill needed to make it successful...

But..something i learn from experienced i gain is, sometime we need to suit ourself with others, but what we mostly saw was people really did not care about other people rather thinking about themself...

My family kesayangan selalu pesan "jangan duk liaq kat KL". Hehe sometimes i think that what they told me actually was a right things..Apa yang kita ada bersyukur je..bersyukur bkn kena bayar pun..haha.

Kampung halaman adalah tempat terbaik untuk melepaskan tensen di kepala kita ni..huh dapat "pekena" sambal belacan dengan tempoyak campuq pulak ngan ulam jantung pisang..fuhhh tak terkata nikmatnya..hehehe..

Huhu i remember my hometown..huhu very sad..i wish i could get some tempoyak from my hometown..mummy!!!plz get me some tempoyak!! my heart said not me..hahah..Very pity girl here wish to get something that cant find in KL of coz..
Before this my place was in The Store Berhad..good experienced and memory i have during my time in there..Very good and concerned friend i have...huhu now dont have anymore...:( (Agirl~Dayah~Kak Liza~Nadia~Kak Jun~Ida~Kak Nat~B-Bi) huhu.....
